Sao Paulo North Coast - Private Placement Inv. Program

This is the introduction of the PARDES GROUP LATAN - Project Development in Beach season Residences.

During past three years, the Pardes Group International and recently the Pardes Group Inc has been developed full studies and projects evaluation in the north coast of Sao Paulo State.

​

The region is one of most important region of Sao Paulo state due the new port and new gas platform install in their ocean coast.

​

The great development of the region impact in the local and regional needs, and in special the need of hospitality means, residential complex and apartments for ordinary people that lives and study in the region.

​

With this scenarios in mind, the Pardes Group Board decided in 2021 to start their business support and developments in those region.

​

Now, after all investment in initial studies and local support, the group have a complete vision of the region and their needs and now are ready to start their projects developments into the place.
